Camera Strap Cover

I have seen a number of great tutorials for camera strap covers. I looked at a ton of them, and they have been on my to do list for a while now. Since I got a new camera this weekend, it only seemed appropriate that I should make myself a lovely new cover for my strap.

I picked the quilted fabric, because I thought it would help make the strap more comfortable when I am wearing it and I picked the plaid fabric because I have a ton of it and it is gender neutral as per the DH’s request.

I didn’t follow any of the many tutorials out there on making a covered camera strap. I used my existing strap as a template and cut my fabric slightly wider and longer than the strap. I ironed and stitched the ends. Then I sewed the side seam. I turned it and finally slid it into place. Easy, Peasy, Lemon Squeezy.
