On Friday, I fell off the gluten free wagon. I had pizza, and donuts and croutons…It was wonderful! As you may remember I have been avoiding gluten for about a month because of some food sensitivity testing I had done. I am skeptical to say the least about the results. How can I be sensitive to whey, but not yogurt? It just doesn’t make sense. I decided I wanted to try eating gluten.
I was volunteering on Friday and Pizza Hut donated lunch and the local grocery store donated donuts for us. I figured pizza and donuts were as good of place as any to start. I was scared that I would get a terrible migraine or something, but no reactions. So, I will continue trying to be mostly gluten free, but I won’t strictly avoid it. If there is a cinnamon roll that has my name on it, it will be mine.
My life just got easier.
