I stepped on the Wii fit last night…EEKKK! It’s been well over a year…the scary thing is in those 500 days I have gained 25 pounds…holy shit!!! I guess I knew I had gained it, but to see that number pop up. Ugh! I can make all kinds of excuses, but excuses don’t make it go away. I am setting a goal to loose 28 lbs by Aug 1. That is about 4 lbs/month. I think that’s reasonable. More important than that number is how my clothes fit. I did measurements and will be doing photos. I set goals. I wrote everything down. I can do this!
